When a new window is prompted by Javascript, all the textbox inside cannot be highlighted normally (i.e. all the values are highlighted without any color changed)

it comes to normal, unless the focus is switched to another window and then go back to it....

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
