Hi. I keep try to update/upgrade to the new firefox version 8. whatever and in downloads but stops the process there...i am apparently using version 3.5.3....obviously a very ols version. What do I do?

Try a different recommended solution, update Firefox by manually downloading and installing the new version over top of your current version.

Make sure that your computer meets the System Requirements.
