Using full page with F11 would be great if Bookmarks and Tools had an access or is it possible?

In order to have more space for reading a web page. There is a formidable way: clicking f11 ..

it is formidable if you are not going to change to another site .. because .. then it becomes a big obstacle ..

You move the mose to the top .. and can't get the menu bar ..

IF AT LEAST WE COULD MOVE THE MOST USED SUBMENUS: BOOKMARKS AND TOOLS .. so that by just moving the mouse up we could make fast changes to other sites ... THE IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL TO COUNT ON "F11" ...

or is there a way to move these two submenus to the lower bars?
