After following instructions from media centre,eg. register with net passport site and windows messenger Istill can,t download this. I have the media centre icon in my all programs box butwhen I try to burn n my music it disallows tells me to install media player as it is not properly installed. this is a pre owned p.c. and I am a complete novice.Can you help and oblige please?
