I'm trying to update my firefox to 4.0.1 but whenever I try and run the setup it says "application not found", any help?

When I load up my firefox it comes up saying " URGENT! Your version of Firefox is no longer protected against online attacks. Get the upgrade - it’s fast and free!". So I click on the link and it takes me to the firefox website to update it, when the setup has installed I try running it and it says "Error! C:Users/User/Downloads/Firefox setup 4.0.1.exe Application not found. Is there any way to stop this?
