CONTENT ENCODING ERROR
Dear Support,
I am unable to access my website, both to view and to work on it as an admin in WP.
This is negatively impacting my business, leaving me quite concerned, and hope you can please help a.s.a.p. as other browsers seem to work fine.

Show us the issue(s). I can get to your site. see screenshot Did you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search
Do both network.http.accept-encoding prefs have the default value ?
