Firefox quick access to saved logins

Is there a way in Firefox to have quicker access to saved logins than through the menu structure? The menus are four layers deep, which is frustrating as it is difficult to remember the route when only using the feature occasionally. Some websites don't respect the Firefox Password Manager, so it sometimes becomes necessary to manually find the credentials.

Is there any way to create a bookmark to the saved login section?

Is there perhaps an add-on?

Thanks for any answers.

Hi authai

You could create a bookmark by going to the page and bookmark the page by pressing the star icon on the url bar or type about:logins in the url bar

You can go straight there with the 3 bar menu or bookmark about:logins.

You can also consider to keep about:logins open in a pinned tab.

Note that if you use the Primary Password you can cancel a PP prompt like you get if you click the password reveal (eye) button on the about:logins page and re-lock the logins for privacy/security reasons. Close or refresh about:logins to apply and you will be prompted once again the enter the PP if reopen/reload the page.

Thank you. The best solution (for me) is to 'bookmark the page by pressing the star icon on the url bar'.

(So that's what the Firefox star does - its not obvious so far away there on the right, so visually disconnected from the bookmarks themselves.)

Thanks for the suggestion about typing 'about:logins in the url bar', but that's not easy to remember. So I'll pass on that one.

The menu bar is not there by default, so one has to first find it (which is not easy or intuitive), then create a new tab, then navigate down to the logins. It's all of 5 steps, and easily more if one gets lost.

I now see Firefox has two totally separate menu bars, with completely different navigation. One on top, and one at far right. I now see the one at far right -which I confess to never noticing before - does have a quicker route to the logins. Thank you. (Why two different menu systems in Firefox?)

Keeping a tab open on passwords might work, if I needed the page often.

I didn't follow the Primary Password workflow so I'll pass on that.

Thanks for all the solutions.
