Firefox logs me out of sites and clears cookies every 24 hours
This is going on for the last 5 days or so days. It seems to happen on a fixed schedule. Everyday on a specific time I will get logged out of google,gmail,youtube,facebook,reddit and have to re-accept cookies. I am not sure why this is happening but it is very annoying.

Could you test the following. I saw it suggested in a thread on Reddit:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste purge and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the privacy.purge_trackers.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false
This feature is designed to purge "first party" tracking cookies for sites you haven't visited for 30 days, but that time window doesn't seem to be working for some users. I don't know what causes it to sometimes go wrong.

Are you using any programs that clear browser data?
About when does this happen? What were you doing at the time?
Are there any programs scheduled in Windows to run at time time if you check this ?
Does this only happen when Firefox isn't running or also when Firefox isn't running and you start Firefox.
You can save a backup copy of cookies.sqlite after you have closed Firefox and check the file data when you start Firefox to see if it has been updated. Note that the file probably has a fixed file size, so if the size hasn't changed doesn't mean that its content hasn't been modified.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

I don't do anything particular at that moment. It happens around 21:00 local time every day not sure about the exact time but it's always around night. I have also read in some other forums that Firefox is supposed to clear tracking cookies for some sites, like those I mentioned in my post but this happens every 45 days or something not every 24 hours.

There are no programs running,I have very few programs, mainly games, so I don't think there is something related to a third program. I also haven't installed anything lately.I think it happens both when Firefox is in use and not. I will try what you said. The next incident should happen in a few hours from now so I will check it.
Before you think the 'cleaning' begins: Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
