If you're using Dell laptop, it is said that some dell laptop owners reported that their keyboard isn’t working in Firefox, and according to them, the problem was caused by pressing Windows Key + Fn buttons. You can easily fix this problem by using Windows Key + Left Shift shortcut. OR There is another keyboard shortcut can be used to fix this problem by pressing Windows Key + F9 a few times can fix the problems with your keyboard in Firefox.

Unfortunately I do not have enough information to give you an accurate or reliable answer. My assumption is that you are using a touchscreen device and are expecting a touchscreen keyboard to appear, this keyboard can be negated by lots of different things, such as other applications, you could be outside of Windows 10 Tablet mode and thus not activating the keyboard upon field usage or it could just be a slow device.

Hi, I think you accidentally switched off your keyboard layout. Try this pressing WinKey + Leftshit to switch on the keyboard. Let me know if this help!
