How do I access Print Preview (and also Page Setup) while Firefox is in the full screen mode?

You should find a Print button in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list that you can click to open Print Preview. If you do not see this button then check customize mode and possibly click Restore Defaults. You can possibly move this button to the Navigation Toolbar for easier access.
