NoScript addon is blocking something but not showing it in the dropdown so I can allow it

Trying to login to Paypal. Entered my PW and there is a spinner saying "security challenge." Obviously its stuck trying to load it. There are 4 scripts trying to run according to NoScript. All are Allowed. Including Recaptcha.net. However, the icon is displaying a red "1" which means something is being blocked.

I also toggled "set all on this page to temporarily trusted."
