That is not a Windows help screen. That is a Bing search result. What do you mean? 'get rid of it'

It is definitely Windows Help screen, see my original attachment again. Why do i want to get rid of it, because it appears when i try to open Firefox and won`t go away until i restart the computer. it is not required on my computer

You can check that those pages aren't set as multiple homepages.

You can check the homepage setting.
