To integrate Elmedia Player PRO with a browser, do the following:

1. Download Elmedia Player on your Mac. 2. Launch it and upgrade to PRO version. 3. Choose “Integrate into Browser” option in Main menu of the player. 4. An .html file with instructions will open in your default browser.

Did a page with instructions open?

Take a look in the Page Actions menu - the 3-dot button at the right end of the address bar.

Or, in your Extensions/Plugins - 3-bar Menu button -> Add-ons

If it isn't in any of those locations, look in your Customize Palette: 3-bar Menu -> Customize...

Hi Robertj thanks for taking the time to answer. the instructions page is "move the logo to the toolbar". It doesn't say which one. If i move it to my bookmarks toolbar a name appears with a round logo not the triangle.Then with a clip running clicking on that only produces a blank screen with the triangle logo in the middle. The home toolbar will not accept the triangle logo and i cannot find it in customise toolbar. I am assuming that when correctly installed the triangle logo will appear in the top (home) toolbar.I have dwelper at present and that is there.

The Integrate Elmedia into Browsers document says:

Read the instructions carefully and drag the link to your browser’s bookmarks bar.

3. Now, whenever you surf the Internet and see a video you want to save to your hard drive, simply click Open in Elmedia Player at your browser’s bookmarks bar. Elmedia will be launched and will let you save the video right on the spot.

Maybe you should check the Forum or Contact them through their Help Center.

Hi Robertj,thanks for that.I have already been in touch with elmedia and they have been completely unhelpfiul.Either closing enquiries or saying they have been referred to the technical department who have not come back to me.Hence my contact with firefox supportjeremy

I've seen similar installation issues with other products. Without first hand knowledge of the product, it's a matter of learning what the "secret" is. It's usually something simple, though.

Look back through this thread for anything that might have been overlooked.

I'll search around and if I find anything, I'll let you knoe right away.

This might be an important oversight - System requirements: Mac OS X v10.4 and higher

Other than that, I found a few reviews from users who said that they couldn't get it to work but, overall, the majority of reviews were good.
