In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

sorry, but none of the provided solutions solve the problem in any way. i tried also: - to "downgrade" the version, using release 69 - and the one called " Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR)" i erased every data with a specific software, before every new installation in order to be sure to not keep any error i can't figure out what is going on. i didn't change anything in the mac nor the os! please, since i'm a technical-dumb user, could you explain me what does "bad memory issue" means? as a designer, i'm working every day with gigabyte-weighed images, and i don't see my mac slower. also, the ssd hd is only half full. thanks in advance

Computers have memory 'sticks' on their circuit board. Sometimes, part of a stick goes bad.

I don't know mac's and called for more help.
