Is there a way make "Bookmark toolbar" hide/reveal using Ctrl + B just like in Chrome in Ubuntu 19.04 ?
I think i would have been a great idea if users can customize the short-keys like in IDE's. It help new Firefox user to get used to with shortcut.
I am very much used to with Chrome, and shifting to Firefox is not easy. Let user customize shortkey like Yandex & Vivaldi browsers.

In Firefox Ctrl + B is used to toggle the Bookmarks Sidebar.
As of Firefox Quantum 57 the ability for user changes to shortcut key combinations is almost no changes allowed; and add-on extension changes to 'keys' was all but eliminated.
My suggestion is to look into userChrome.css coding to (say) reveal the Bookmarks Toolbar via cursor movement. IOW, hide the BTB and reveal it with cursor movement to where the BTB sits hidden.

Hello Pranav,
In addition to the above :
To hide/show the bookmarks toolbar : why not just click on the 3-bar menu => Customize, and then at the bottom click "Toolbars" => "Bookmarks Toolbar" (don't forget to click the blue "Done" button).
