connection time out cannot login to my online bank account

Suddenly I can not login to my bank account. Neither in Chrome or Microsoft Edge. In Firefox, a connection time out, the server is taking to long to respond appears all the time after several minutes waiting. I can login to others websites like ebay or facebook with no problem and I can login to my bank using my mobile app. It is just the bank and is aggravating. Contact bank tech support they said they don't have any problems with the webpage, yes they don't have but I have! I clear the history, the cache and the cookies but still have the same problem.

avast has become a pain lately. uninstall it then try your bank.

another note, have you tried accessing your bank's website from another computer as a test? or from another ISP/location/building/whatever?

Uninstalled, no luck. I tried to access thru Chrome and Microsoft Edge and had the same error message. I tried to access in my husband's laptop, the same problem appeared. The only way is using the bank mobile app thru my cellphone. And I went few days ago to my bank and told them about what happened and they let me to login using one of their computers and I login without no problem.

Sounds like your modem or ISP is the issue. Contact your provider and test your service.

Contacted the ISP, he said has to be the bank webpage problem because I can be able to access and login to other websites and my wifi and internet service is working ok. So, he can't be able to help me, I have to contact the bank. Contacted the bank they still "working" in my problem, they don't receive any reports for issues with their webpage just mine. They don't know how long will take to resolve the problem either.

I'm pissed.
