In beta (67.0b16 (64-bit)), All addons labeled as broken, can't re-download, problem solved by creating fresh profile.
No reply necessary: starting yesterday, all of my extensions (Firefox Containers, Newsguard) are listed as outdated and to be replaced. Going to the Firefox Containers download page and clicking the download link signals an error about a download failure. Looks like this could be related to a change to how extensions are applied (or not) in private windows.
I (appear to have) solved this by just starting up with a fresh profile in Firefox, not a huge deal, but this may affect others as well...

hi jbclements, yes it's affecting a whole lot of users unfortunately. this is/was caused by an unforeseen technical problem unfortunately (an expired certificate used in the process of verifying addon signatures). a fix for this is already being rolled out since a couple of hours ago - for details, please see: Add-ons disabled or fail to install on Firefox
