Can firefox read additional certificates from a store other than Trusted Root Cert Authorities?

Hello,

I'm managing Firefox 60 ESR through GPO in my organization. I have configured the "Import Enterprise Roots" GPO, but it seems to import only certificates which reside in Trusted Root Cert Authorities container. We are keeping our internal proxy certificate in another container. Is there any way to enforce FireFox to also import certs from other computer certificate containers? The other thing is that Trusted Root Cert Authorities on each workstation contains our internal CA's root certificate. The proxy cert is signed by it, but even though Firefox considers the proxy cert untrusted unless it is specifically moved to the Trusted Root Cert Authorities. Any idea why this might be happening?
