Mozilla Firefox is failing to block location after declining the option of allowing webpages to "access my location"???

With private browsing, do not track and all cookies cleared mozilla firefox is still allowing Homedepot.com to access my location. The joke is I visit the homedepot.com page and it immediately asks if it can "use my location". I very clearly click "DON'T ALLOW" yet mozilla still lets them get my location. How I know this is that the "set your store" icon on Homedepot.com refreshes immediately after clicking "DON'T ALLOW" and puts in my local nearest store. Why is it that mozilla is failing to block this information to the website??? More interestingly, when using google chrome or even the safari browser on my iphone with the same do not track privacy bullshit enabled I don't have this issue. My location is blocked and very clearly not given to homedepot.com. This leads me to believe there is an issue with mozilla firefox itself, not Home Depots website. This may be a very small issue but what good is Do Not Track settings and Location privacy settings if clearly they are not working correctly? I would love an explanation to why your browser is clearly disobeying what I tell it to do when I clearly click DON'T ALLOW when asked if I want to give my location???
