Ignore Scaling and Shrink to fit page width setting not saving

Hi! I've had multiple users with the issue of Printer Preferences not saving. I've read through a few documents and found solutions for some of the settings. But this setting won't stick for some reason. The check box to "Ignore Scaling and Shrink to Fit Page Width" won't stay checked. I've looked through the About:config page and the prefs.js file and can't seem to locate where I can manipulate this setting. When using the "Save Current Settings as Preset" option, it will allow me to save the preset but when I go back to select it my changes are no longer there.

Any additional assistance would be helpful.

MacOS Sierra (But the other users are on MacOS El Capitan) Firefox Version 50.0
