can't toggle maximize window with touchpad

Hello,

I can only maximize a firefox window with clicks coming from the left button of the Touchpad. If trying with taps from the touchpad, then either the double clicks have to be made *super fast* or it takes about 3 double clicks (6 in total) to maximize the window. Is there a variable under about:config that I could modify to change the delay if the double clicks?

-It only happens on FF windows, rest of the applications work OK with double clicks from touchpad -except Thunderbird, which has same behaviour :(

OS: fedora 25, 4.8.8-300.fc25 FF: 50
