I cannot find/install windows 10

Was told by windows 10 after the install, to fix 3048,3 with Norton, a problem with reinstall tool(?) when installing windows 10. When done I thought I had installed all of win 10 but now I cannot find it. I have hunted all over my computer for the program.

Hi

We have had a look into this issue and I do not believe that it is to do with Firefox, but may be an issue with the anti-malware software you have installed from Symantec (Norton).

You can see further information about this error message and how to fix it here, but you may also want to get in touch with the Symantec support team who should be able to help you further with this.
