I have not heard of that one but they will have their own methods and hopefully some help forum or help page.

As a last resort just send the text of the link, that will work when pasted in to Firefox or some other browsers addressbar.

So this is a -> clickable link <- to your question. This is a link -> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1129360 <-- with the full address. This is the none clickable text but will paste into an addressbar:

As I say methods vary. Any link text pasted in to your email may convert to a link, or you may need to use some formatting tool or icon to make the link.

In fact I have found the help page http://www.oeclassic.com/online-help-message-edit

[... snip] Message Editor Formatting Bar Just above the message there is a formatting bar. It lets you select - font name, font size, bold, italic, underline, text color, bullets (numbers and bullets), indenting, text alignment and lets you insert horizontal line, hyperlink and image. Use these buttons while you are editing the message. [snip ...]

Does that help solve your problem ?
