[SOLVED] Bookmarks toolbar gives me little white square when I try to edit - HELP?

I found the thread below in the archives, so I can't respond to it. However, it's exactly the same problem I'm having. The solution the user said worked was to delete the theme. I, however, checked and am not using any themes, so I'm guessing that's not my issue. I'm able to do the edits directly on the bar if I'm in safe mode, but only then, which is annoying. Can anyone else help?

"A few updates ago, for Firefox, made it so that I cannot edit my bookmarks toolbar. I can't delete anything on them, but I can add them and move them if I open up the sidebar. I can't move them around any other way. Instead of a drop box asking for what I want to do, like normal, whenever I right click a bookmark a little white square pops up over the bookmark instead and won't let me do anything.

I just installed the latest Mozilla update and it did not fix the issue. I tried the following:

1) Remove all extensions, add ons, themes and other things. Restart Firefox. 2) Clear cache of computer 3) Updated

The only thing I haven't done is reinstall, because I don't want to lose my bookmarks, especially those in the quick access toolbar (the one I can't edit).

Chosen solution

Safe mode allows me to edit my toolbar. I went through disabling all my plugins afterward, restart Firefox but still cannot edit outside of Safe-Mode.

edit

Okay, it was a Mozilla theme that was causing the problem. I deleted, restarted and everything works fine!

Thanks for the help guys, appreciate it. Didn't want to move browsers or reinstall. :)"
