When downloading embroidery designs that I have purchased, I receive an oxps file. Site told me that the latest Firefox update has caused the problem. Go to Firefox-Options-Downloads-tick must be in 2nd box-then Save. This should solve the problem. I will follow these instructions as soon as I find the OPTIONS in Firefox. Where is it please?

Hi conniemac , Two places. First, click the three horizontal line button on the top right of your browser and click on preferences.

or

  1. Unhide the drop down menu in the same button menu, but click on "+Customize".
  2. Click Show/Hide Toolbars
  3. Make sure that Menu Bar is selected. The Tools > Options menu will be available.
