Opened FF today to attach an image to a forum post. When I attempted to move the window (I never use "full screen") to uncover a directory icon I needed to open (by clicking and holding the cursor on the upper border of the FF window), it would not move at all like it should have. When I placed the cursor at the edges of the window, the "resizing" cursor (double arrow) never appeared. These functions work fine with other application and folder windows (did several tests), just not the FF one so it is nothing on my system's end.

It's more as if somehow the FF window is being instructed to "pin" itself in the same place at the same size every time it opens, yet I am unable to find anything in the tools menu that would have triggered this or let me "undo" it.

I am also not running FF in "Safe Mode".

All Net functions within the window work fine.

Using FF 29.0.1 as later versions tend to bloat in memory and stall out as well as disable several of my add ons and plugins as well including my Norton Toolbar and "Safe Search" functions.

OS is Win7 W/SP 1

I am also using the same version on my older notebook and this issue does not occur at all

Sometimes this can happen when you leave a window open for a few days without restarting Firefox. Does restarting every so often with "Restore windows from last time" on start sound like an ok work around?
