Mozilla won't open certain pages until they are open in IE

There are certain webpages (I.E. www.spc.noaa.gov) that no longer open in Mozilla until they are opened in Internet Explorer first. It's the strangest thing but someone else at work now has the same problem. Basically I will open Mozilla, go to www.spc.noaa.gov, it says server cannot be found. I minimize Mozilla and open IE, I then go to www.spc.noaa.gov, minimize IE, and the refresh mozilla and the web page works.
