How to restore all open tabs in Firefox after browser update. I just updated to 115.38.0esr (64-bit) and lost all open tabs when rebooted.

Recent update deleted my shortcuts and associated passwords. How can i restore them? How can i restore them?

I need to find where all my bookmarks are on my computer so I can restore them. My operating system is Windows 7. Even when I try to restore through import/backup and it says it was successful there are none of my saved bookmarks. Can you help in specific steps how I can get these back? From what I read there should be a Firefox file on my computer where these are all saved. Thanks!!

Rebuilt my computer, restored Bookmarks from 'bookmarks-2025-08-30.html' but the original 'Other bookmarks' (just below 'Bookmarks toolbar') is now empty and has been moved to the bottom of all my other bookmarks in a new 'Other Bookmarks' folder. How do I get the contents back in the 'Other bookmarks' (just below 'Bookmarks toolbar'). P.S. Updated Firefox today. Lost all bookmarks,history and downloads. No icon present in header tool bar. Tried search and recovery using all available information listed under 'HELP'. NO success. Past profile storage locations are non-existent. Did a restore point on computer/ no help. I'm using windows 7 so did an upgrade as noted in Firefox notice.
I've been using Firefox for years and would hate to change. Hope recovery is possible.
