for about 8 years now, on and off, on hundreds of OS-es, clean installs of firefox etc. sometimes - not always - typing into the firefox search bar and pressing enter does nothing

i have bit-warden, u-block-origin and stylus installed (but they shouldn't be running on the 'new-tab-page' - is my firefox sync-profile containing some firefox-breaking-errors? (latest Win-11)

On outlook.com sign in with password does not work. It gives "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in." Works fine in edge.

On my Firefox I have click something and choose Copilot. What I did have remove Chatgpt and enable Copilot. I want to have Chatgpt back but I cannot enabled. Please help?

My university website (brightspace) is blocked by "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead" and clicking advance does not allow me to continue. I was using brightspace when it suddenly became blocked and I have received errors stating it was an HSTS error to now an expired certificate. I have tried to restart Firefox and clearing the website from my history and clearing cache, but nothing worked so far. Accessing this website has only been an issue on my Firefox on my laptop. The website's servers is not having issues, my other devices can access it flawlessly, and using other web browsers on my laptop does not cause any issues. I would like not to switch my browser, so any help to accessing this website would be greatly appreciated

When browsing to The Algemeiner.com in desktop Firefox V147.0.4 this morning, I consistantly got an error from every link on the page

In spite of this message, I was able to use the page, and all the links on it, normally from within Google Chrome. Is Mozilla censoring this site?

How to remove google search from the address bar on the right?????

I want to find my most visited websites in the address bar without any unnecessary actions!!!

I have a situation - which I had previously researched and resolved - that has come back to haunt me.

I use an ultra-widescreen monitor and searching/browsing obviously necessitates a center-screen search box which, up until now, Firefox has provided cleanly and with simplicity. However, I see that (once again) despite cursor placement in the center-screen box the search text is being entered in the address bar which is wholly impractical for me since I have to look about 60 degrees left and upwards to see what I am typing.

I say "again" because when this happened previously I was able to make a config change and resolve it but despite that still being in effect - the ".handoffToAwesomebar" is still set to FALSE - search text now has moved back to the address bar.

A brief search of this community yielded no answers. Is there any other known fix or has this now be thrust upon us permanently and thou shalt adapt?

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? I have no way of receiving any codes going to my old work email address which no longer exists. Thank you, Gina Axsom
