Then when I finished the questionnaire, having provide my email address I saw another third party domain was in the chain.

So I am unhappy that two 'strange' organisations have some of my personal details.

No fault of anyone, but me, I just got carried away in the security I felt using Mozilla

When I select text in firefox's built in pdf viewer, a menu with comment and highlight options automatically pops up. I haven't been able to figure out any way to turn this off. This is a problem because when I'm using the viewer at work firefox now puts this menu exactly over the next piece of information I need. (eg blocks the next row in a process log)

I am using Firefox 153.0.4 (64-bit). Windows 11.

Yesterday (August 10) I tried logging into my account on Domini Funds (https://uportal.ultimusfundsolutions.com/app/dominifund/#login). My login worked okay, but only half of the site's menu loaded and none of my account data loaded. There was just a white circle with a blue streak orbiting inside. After 60-90 seconds of this display, I aborted the attempt to access my data.

I tried logging into the site again today after I had been prompted to download and use a new version of Firefox. The same result: log-in was successful, but only a partial menu loaded and none of my account data was loaded. The orbiting blue streak ran for 60 seconds before I gave up and aborted.

I then tried to access the site using an old version of Microsoft Internet Explorer and everything displayed as expected. I had a full menu displayed and I could view and interrogate my account data.

I only visit this site 3-4 times a month. My last visit was on August 1. Everything displayed properly then.

I cannot get into my Paypal account because Mozilla Firefox is asking me to set up a passkey. I press Continue and it tells me to enter a PIN. I don't have a PIN set up that I know of. If I try one, it is wrong and says I have tried too many times. When I go to the Settings where I should set something up with Window Hello, it says it is not available. I just want to log into my Paypal account like I used to. How can I bypass all this stuff?

From time to time I stumble upon videos that do not have Picture in Picture button and when I switch tab, they do not open PiP automatically. Example: https://youtu.be/BrNglFVnMMw Majority of videos works fine. Do you have any idea what could cause it? Is it some youtube DRM?

I'm running the latest version of Firefox on the latest version of Windows 11, and I'm trying to watch TV shows on PBS's Passport service. I get the video but not the sound. It's been like this since Saturday. I don't have this problem at all with Chrome or Edge. Is anyone else having this problem? JT

Every time I start Firefox, some of my pinned tab favicons will show an unread dot (although not consistently), even though there may have been zero changes to anything in that tab. Gmail is especially bad about this, making me think I have a new unread email when all of my emails have been read. How do I fix this? I looked in the Tab settings for Firefox and don't see anywhere I can change a setting.

In Firefox, the close button is only partially clickable and is not accessible on the right side. However, when I hover over it, a square background appears around the button. Could you please take a look?

I have used Firefox since version 1.5 and have loved it and the community since. However, since finally scrapping Windows and switching completely to linux, Firefox has been frequently troublesome with random crashes. The crashes occur on any website I may be on and for seemingly no reason. It happens when I'm in the middle of browsing a page, just opened a new tab, or even when Firefox is simply open and I'm active on another open application.

Environment is as follows:

OS: Zorin OS 18 (Latest patches) (Based on Ubuntu) Mobo: Asus Crosshair VI Hero (Latest available BIOS) CPU: Ryzen 9 5900XT GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 XC Gaming (10GB) Ram: 8GBx4 G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4 (3200) Sys Drive: Samsung 970Evo M.2 Nvme 500GB

Firefox is installed via Flatpack through the built in app store in Zorin OS.

The crashes will sometimes be constant as well. Such as when it crashes, crash reporter comes up, then I click "Restart Firefox" and the second I see the window, it crashes again. This has been a constant problem though at random times ever since I switched back to Linux about 5 months ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to change my primary browser from one that I am generally so happy with, and is also the browser that I recommend to everyone.

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

The website fortunesultimateslots.com stopped letting me login on 8-3-26. I had been going to that site daily with no problem. No other website has stopped working on Firefox.

That site works for me on Edge but I would rather use Firefox.

I am not able to open my Firefox browser tonight. It was work yesterday. WHen I tried to refresh it the wheel kept spinning for over 15 min and there was no sign that it would complete the process.

Hi, I tried several times to install Firefox on a new PC. first time Firefox installed correctly, but as I wanted to have my profile copied, there were error message.

Scince then, each time I have deinstalled and reinstall Firefox it does not work correctly: During installation it still tell me that I do have older Firefox version and the installer will update this. After this it keeps telling me this:

Profil nicht vorhanden ( Profile not found) Ihr Profil "Firefox" kann nicht geladen werden. Es ist möglicherweise nicht vorhanden oder ein Zugriff ist nicht möglich. (Your “Firefox” profile cannot be loaded. It may not exist, or access is not possible.)

I would love to use Firefox, but at the moment I feel helpless.
