How do i lock my internet and only be able to access anything with a password?

I just changed my browser from internet explorer to firefox and i wanted to know if there is a way on firefox to keep your internet locked and only be able to access the internet with a password? i was able to do that on internet explorer by selecting - tools - internet options - -content advisor - enable
