Perhaps you need to ask the portable apps folks that question. There is certainly no list kept for Thunderbird as there is an expectation the system will access DNS to locate the relevant domains for each action. Certainly no one records DNS numbers. Given the use of amazonAWS I doubt they are even stable behind the load balancers.
