i can't login to my add-on account: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/17223206/

i can't login to my add-on account: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/17223206/ every time i click on log in it sends me to a normal sign in page: https://files.catbox.moe/ap80cq.png then i click on sign in and it throws me to another page: https://files.catbox.moe/eyea5d.png from there it doesn't work as it should i completed the 2fa setup by scanning the qr, it shows up on my google authenticator but when i enter the 6 digit codes its generating in the login page, it just says they are invalid (they are not. i tried it like 50+ times): https://files.catbox.moe/8zxns6.png i tried using the other method as well same thing happens: https://files.catbox.moe/i8esej.png

i can login fine in places where it doesn't require me to enable 2fa like https://accounts.firefox.com/ i tried enabling 2fa from there (through my account's settings but the same thing happens): https://files.catbox.moe/onm1yw.png

note: by 2fa i mean Two-step authentication

Make sure you have the correct time on the mobile device and on the computer because the 6 digit TOTP code is only valid for 30 seconds (the Google Authenticator app shows a timer), so any time misalignment causes the code not to work.
