OS: macOS - High Sierra - 10.13.1 Browser: Firefox Quantum 57.0 64-bit

Issue description: When a tab is in "pinned" mode, the Command+W keyboard shortcut is no longer available aka it doesn't work. Tabs cannot be closed via keyboard shortcut on macOS. Why??

User story: As a Firefox Quantum user, I would like to have the ability to close browser tabs via keyboard shortcut for pinned tabs.

Expected: Keyboard shortcut (Command+W on macOS) closes tab regardless if it is pinned or not.

Actual: Regular tabs can be closed via keyboard command, pinned tabs do not respond to "close tab" keyboard command, and the keyboard shortcut is not present in the "File" menu as it is with non-pinned tabs.
