After trying to install update, message reads "program can't start because mozglue.dll is missing from my computer"

I have turned off my firewall and tries to install the upgrade, but I get that message "program can't start because mozglue.dll is missing from my computer"

I am basically a novice at all of this, so a fix on my end HAS to be simple and understandable. This is my personal computer, and I am the only person who uses it. I have no IT person :)
