Thunderbird with IMAP always downloading message and message back to unread

I'm currently using Thunderbird ver 38.3.0 as Mail Client with MDaemon ver 15.0.3 as the Mail Server. I have an email account (let's say the name of the email is client@tb.com) and used by 9 people simultaneously. I use IMAP server settings in each client. This email account is often used with an average of 7000 to 8000 emails coming in every month.

The problem is : Thunderbird at client always downloading messages from the mail server repeatedly, so that the status previous email Read change again to Unread. This problem repeated almost every day. For example : I have 1000 email at mail server, in thunderbird has been read 950 emails so that the rest of unread emails is 50. When this problem occurs at any time, then in thunderbird unread messages into 1000. This makes users confused, which messages have been followed up and which have not been followed up. How to fix this problem?
