Since I changed my provider, I can not receive any email, even though I can send them out -- but still cannot save the sent emails.

In my error console, I get this message.

Timestamp: 2016/02/11 午後0:44:46 Error: An error occurred during a connection to mail.kmpacific.com:143. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Does this also have something to do with the Imap Mail folder -- I just found this folder in my attempt to figure out the problem? I just kept it with the new provider's folder.

I am not a computer wiz that please explain to me in the layman's language.

Thanks for your assistance.

Check with your email provider about the correct server settings for the incoming server and post that here. Your's doesn't look right.

Thanks Christ1. The provider suggested a reinstall of the Thunderbird along with the email settings. This seems to have fixed it. Thanks again.
