"Copy" has gone from drop-down list when I right-click on a bookmark in my drop-down list of bookmarks toolbar - any ideas?

I am using Windows 7 on a PC. I have many bookmarks in my bookmarks toolbar and when I click on >> they drop-down, then when I scroll down to the bookmark I wish to use and right-click on it to get a drop-down list of options, the "Copy" option is no longer there, this has been happening for a few days. "Copy" option used to be there.

If its greyed out, something is preventing this function from happening. However if its not there and there is no User.js file or any customizations I am not sure. We can try to see if this happens in safe mode to make sure its not a setting or add on affecting this or perhaps another program?

Next you might be able to try the Places Maintenance add on for any corruptions in your bookmarks profile storage. Or make sure that there are Read and Write permissions in the profile folder: Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
