I cannot update firefox OS 1.3.0.0-prerelease.

I have firefox os phone model zen U105 fire, with firefox os 1.3.0.0 prerelease and when connected to internet I check for update It shows error. And also the images are not being saved to the gallery, I would be thankful if you help.

For the images not saving to the gallery please check your storage to make sure that it has not exceeded 256 MB in the Settings Menu > Storage. The user space will also be depending on the version and is subject to change based on phone software updates and apps usage.

Please also contact your carrier to make sure that the 1.3 version is available for your device.

If you use the default canal, it's probably because your constructor have not yet created an update. You should probably search a rom created by the community and install it by yourself.
