Firefox Sync synchronized everything besides of tabs and tucks. What should I do?

I've done total PC format and reinstall windows, so as it has been told in question: Firefox Sync synchronized everything (all features, passwords, settings, etc) besides of tabs and tucks. How can I upload also tucks and tabs which have been visible previously?

Tabs have to be in an active syncing session and can be accessed from about:sync-tabs on the desktop or on the panel of the Mobile device. n Firefox for Android, open a new tab and swipe to the left to find a list of actively syncing tabs.
