Hi! I am running the latest version of Firefox on my Mac (OS 10.10.3, Yosemite). Under the Add-ons Manager, the plugin, Shockwave Flash 17.0.0.169 Is greyed out and gives me an error of "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated." followed by a very helpful link that directs you to the Adobe site so you can download the update. I have done that and the current version of Flash 18.0.0.194 that is active under my control panel. As the 17.x version was a security risk to Mozilla, the only options I have are 'Ask to Update' or 'Never Update'. I have also tried choosing the 'Check for Updates' option under the gear icon by the Mozilla search bar on the right. It comes back with 'No updates found'. I tried looking online for assistance and through the Mozilla forums, but I haven't been able to locate a solution. I appreciate your help with the problem!

Hi moonstar22 , You will have to uninstall it through the uninstaller then reinstall the latest version.
