Two days no service - your message says unable to connect your messaging center - I can deal with my email at Time Warner - so it's something on your patch - you installed a new version the day before this happened two days ago - everytime I'm looking through your troubleshooting messages - Windows wants to install a new spell checker - I decline - don't see this message independantly of your screens - connected?

Very frustrated

Make sure Thunderbird isn't blocked by a personal firewall.

No firewall. Mozilla has worked perfectly for years - this happened after installing your updates!!!!!!

What is your anti-virus software? Anti-virus often comes with a firewall component included.

Norton AV - No firewall - and no reason for that to suddenly cause my problem - it's obvious to me that the most recent Mozilla updates are at fault - so just send ne one that works - I see now deaing with a commercial firm is really helpful and prompt. I am a sophisticated user of computer software not the little old lady from Boise.
