After updating to current version. All but two of my pinned tiles were deleted/removed and replaced with a different bunch of tiles.

The original tiles mainly linked to mozilla, bugzilla, kb.mozillazine.org etc and were used regularly every day. The replacement tiles are from various websites, which I visited once in search of eg: a birthday gift just over a month ago. Not regular in any sense of the word.

I deleted all the unwanted tiles. Any links in my bookmarks can be easily put back as tiles such as a link to kb.mozillazine.org page for Profile folder.

How do I add other pages from the same kb.mozillazine.org which are not saved in bookmarks?

If I want to add a tile must the website be in my bookmarks first? .....because prior to update, FF seemed to know that clicking on a given website page several times meant it was repeatedly used and so added that page as a tile which I would then pin. Has this ability been stopped/removed?

The help page seems to suggest that only bookmarked webpages can be added as tiles. I cannot find anything under the Menu Barr the Bookmarks toolbar to select current webpage as a tile, am I looking in the wrong place?

How do I stop a repeat of frequently used pinned tiles being deleted and replaced with websites that I may have visited once in a lifetime? Is there a particular Profile file that needs to be saved and replaced everytime I update, if all tiles are deleted by FF again?
