Firefox sync

Firefox recently crashed on my PC and i had to restart from an old Bookmarks HTML file i had. the Bookmarks were from 2 months ago and my mobile is still in present Book… (ketahui selanjutnya)

Firefox recently crashed on my PC and i had to restart from an old Bookmarks HTML file i had. the Bookmarks were from 2 months ago and my mobile is still in present Bookmark mode. how can i get the Bookmarks from my phone to sync with my PC, so as not to replace my mobile with the PCs "new" bookmarks?
