When clicking on a search link in firefox for ios, it does not open a new tab, which it used to do. I prefer that, if I need to do more searches from the search query. It is an issue on both iPhone and iPad, but not on pc (Mac or Linux).

I cannot find the auto-fill options in settings. Within settings I have found autofill for bank cards, but that is the only option. I am trying to turn on autofill personal details such as address etc.

Please help!

When using Firefox for iOS, if I open a PDF in the browser and try to save it, I can't find a button or option to do so. As a result, I can't download the PDF to my iPhone.

Just wanted to give feedback back hopefully the devs will take my comments with a grain of salt. I love fire fox desktop but on my iPhone chrome has better features with its app. If the UI can become smooth and streamlined similar to chromes mobile app it, then it would help alot to keep me on fire fox’s mobile app .I am trying to fully transfer to fire fox but the app holds it back. I think you could innovate from chromes idea. As a whole, Fire Fox has a group of users who it trust for privacy and being a trusted word of mouth company.

iOS Firefox, using DuckDuckGo as search engine. When Firefox refreshes after a pause in browsing, instead of going to DuckDuckGo, it goes to "www6.duckduck.com/lander…" which advertises online games etc. Why does this happen?

I don’t know what can be done I have reported this account problem for over 3 months and I still don’t have any resolution. I go to sleep and wake up and see that my IPHONE settings have been disabled and changed, apps that I have deleted are back up. I am constantly having to update my passwords. I try to log into my Apple account but it says that my phone number is already in use! I’m getting frustrated and I have no time for this issue any longer! Unless you can resolve this issue please do not contact me!

For a couple of days, I am having an issue when trying to play videos. This happens regardless of where the video comes from : Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok, CNN, etc

If the sound is ON, the video will remain on its first image and appears to be buffering. The moment I mute the sound, the video starts playing in totally normal way in terms of speed, quality and buffering.

I have cleared the cache and it appeared to come back to normal, but happiness is ephemeral and the issue returned shortly after.

What should I do to get back to normal once and for all?

Après utilisation de la fonction de recherche par mot clé, par la loupe dans le menu par appui sur le bouton en bas à droite (3 barres horizontales), et après avoir fermé la zone permettant de saisir le mot clé, durant la navigation suivante et lors du balayage de l’écran vers le bas pour voir le haut de la page visitée et faisant normalement apparaître la barre avec l’URL en bas de l’écran, cette URL apparaît décalée vers le haut au dessus d’une zone vide grise comme le fond et qui occupe la moitié de l’écran de mon iPhone SE, comme si cet espace était réservé pour servir à afficher le clavier (mais celui-ci ne s’affiche pas ce qui est normal puisqu’on a quitté la fonction de recherche par mot clé)… Merci d’avance pour votre aide. I got a bill for Mozilla on my PayPal. PayPal says it’s an auto billing. I didn’t sign up for anything like that from Mozilla. If I want a Mozilla service, I’d like to be asked to sign up again or to continue. I don’t wanna be on any kind of auto billing of any sort. I never intended to do that!! Please explain..
