Please help me get logged in to my YouTube Premium account on my Firefox browser. For a long time it's been working fine on Firefox n ow today I get some kind of error message when I try to log in.

I am unable to reach the Bill Paying site at PNC Bank. I can logon to PNC Bank but not the Bill Pay site at PNC. They say it is a cache and browser issue.

How do I proceed to correct this issue?

I'm using Google Docs in Firefox. Every time I right click and then click paste I get a message explaining that Firefox is incompetent and I need to hook my keyboard up to my tablet and use Ctrl + V. And tap/clicking Edit > paste won't work either. I use a mouse with my tablet, but not a keyboard.

How to I get FireFox to allow me to use Right Click or at the very least Edit > paste? Even Opera Browser can paste in a Google Doc.

I cannot display Amazon Deals properly that contain multiple he products. The home page and single products display normally. should be. A page with multiple products has large blank areas where the product should be. If I move the mouse over these spots, a soundless video will often display.

My clearing of the temporary cache files did not help. Stopping Ghostery doesn't help either. Other add-ons include Last Pass, Honey, Review Meta and Facebook Fences.

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. We can't get into our gmail (3 accounts ) on 1 pc , but we can use a friends pc both using a firefox /windows v-11

People don't respond to Gmail requests, only computers with simple answers for simple inquires, HARD THINGS ARE TOO HARD FOR THEIR MAINFRAMES. THANKS

05/20/2025 twitch streams stopped working, image disappeared, sound is there. Also working videos that are on twitch, not streaming. In windows 10 everything works.

some sites directly report the crash of their css files, suggesting clearing the browser cache or using a vpn. But VPNs are illegal!? It was the same in the previous version of the browser... Websites take a very long time to load (half a minute or more)

Hello! Today, suddenly, a video player disappeared on the Twitch streaming service (see screenshot), but the stream sound is playing. I tried clearing Firefox data and later reinstalled the browser completely - didn't fix the problem. I installed two versions (115.17.0esr and 115.23.1esr) because I thought the problem was an update. Both versions of the browser have a problem. In another browser, this problem is missing, Twitch is working! Operating system Windows 7 Pro SP1. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

After the last update to firefox the video does not load. there is sound and the side chat chows. the website loads but no video. it is like the video player is being block. all i get is a large purple question mark on the screen ware the video player would be. I tried troubleshoot mode still the same. i removed all addons still the same. I reset firefox back to default and still the same. i have tried other browser and that all work fine.
