I want to change my Firefox password. Roboform has all my login info. When I opened the change password dialog box I was asked for my current password & Roboform filled it but the dialog box says it's wrong. How do I locate my Firefox password?

I was resetting my password entered my email code recovery key it didn't ask for my authenticator got an error invalid token then after retrying it asked for email and authenticator but not the recovery key the account now says I have no key
