Also McAffee notification with all these popups stating that my McAffee protection expired yesterday - I have never had a McAffee notification for a virus or pair for protection from them. Popups are happening every 10 seconds continuously! looks like about 20 or more popups describing different problems with 20 digit numbers and letters as a serial number of the problem!

I have been using Firefox as my default browser for years on all my computers. I have a computer at work and one at home. My home laptop has for some time now been telling me that AI search results are "not available right now, try again later". Initially I thought this was transient, however it has not changed. I have tried to find a setting either in firefox or google that has changed but I cannot. My other laptop works just fine with AI searches on google. Hello, for quite some time I have been encountering an issue where the scaling of browser elements gets broken when I unplug my Mac from its dock/external display and then being using Firefox using the built in Retina display. This only impacts Firefox and renders Firefox completely useless until I quite Firefox and reopen it. It impacts all open Firefox windows. The attached screenshot explains it better.

I have a Mac with Sequoia update but my Mac is not good with memory so when I have a new install version it will probably crash my Mac. How might I stop automatic installation by Firefox?

Attempting to follow any number of Ubuntu 24 HOWTOs to connect the Firefox I installed from the ZorinOS App Store to the smart card reader and they are all failing miserably so far.

I've tried a few other pkcs11.so's on other paths and FireFox just immediately crashes. This one it at least says it can't add it. The module is owned by root and has 644 permissions so I think it should be readable. Brave Browser is working well with cert auth via CAC and I already have the machine fully set up with logging in via CAC, locking screen automatically when CAC is removed, etc etc so I know that at a base level the CAC is working well. Just can't seem to find the proper link glue.

This is NOT the snap version of Firefox either, I am pretty sure. sudo snap firefox commands say firefox isn't installed.

How do I rid myself of Searchpulse.net?

I'm thinking I need to delete Firefox and start over. Will that work?

I'm resetting my default browser until I've resolved this issue.

What is apparently the official Firefox policy is incredibly dumb:

They provide users with that ability to add secondary email addresses, recovery codes, and authentification, BUT they REQUIRE access to the primary email address to make the secondary email address primary.

IF the primary email address is unavailable, the secondary email addresses, recovery codes, and authentification are completely useless for making the secondary email address the primary one.

This supposedly provides "enhanced security".

Pro Tip: If you deny ALL internet access, you will be very secure on the internet.

Genuinely astonished that Firefox Support thinks this is not insane.

I have the latest version of Firefox on my Mac with macOS Tahoe latest version.

I open a new Firefox web page, all is OK BUT suddenly without my interaction it “zooms” to an unusable size.

I tried to reload but, this makes no difference. The only solution is to open a new Firefox web page.

I went to the community support page and typed in the problem.

I then tried “Share Data” > this opened a new page.

I then discovered that my input on… https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form ...had been erased. I had to start again.

Firefox is generally my favourite secure browser, but this issue needs to be fixed.

trying to update old version of Firefox but seeing error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap and the message "no common encryption algorithm" on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.5.8 - - not the machine I'm using in order to seek help

I'm using the latest version of Firefox. A website I visit a lot - https://www.underconsideration.com/brandnew - uses the Disqus system in its comment section. The problem is that no comments at all show up when viewed in Firefox, I have to switch to Safari just to read and engage with the comment forum. Why is this happening? Any ideas? Thanks.

I can not access my Outlook/Hotmail account in FireFox. I get a plank page. I have never had this problem before. I have no problem loading it in other browsers. Did something change? How do I correct this problem?

Hi! Was just wondering if there was something preventing me from opening these kinds of pop-ups. Recently, I've been browsing old websites and noticed that links that are supposed to be pop-ups don't pop-up at all. Then, I tried to do the same on my website, and it still didn't work. I've pretty much done every solution I could find under the Sun, but none so far have worked whatsoever. Is this a new feature or is Firefox just being weird again?

Please help ;_; it's been stressing me out real bad for the past few hours!
