I'm still using the old browser because the new browser, the one before that popped up today, doesn't work well on my old desktop computer. New one today requested to move passwords from cvs file and bookmarks from an html file. When I tried to search for these things my computer couldn't find them. But when I went back to the old browser, all bookmarks passwords are there.

Why is Firefox asking me to perform these functions anyway? There is no explanation as to what this is. Is programming at Mozilla really gone downhill so quickly that they forgot how to make their service user friendly?

I am use a Phomemo Thermal Label Printer for labels and packing slips. The print preview shows the whole page, but prints only a partial page and small print. Tried all setting but no difference.. See photos

Isn't there a toolbar for available the top of the Firefox window? I can't find how to set that up. How do I add the toolbar?

I am no longer able to pay accounts using Firefox, such as my supermarket and Govt motor vehicle registration, so I have to do that bit through another browser. It used to be okay, until recently. Supermarket is through direct debit, and car reg is by credit card. I can do the order without any problems, until the actual payment is tried, at which time I have to go to another browser and copy the URL at that stage, and pay it. What may be causing that? For some reason my Mozilla VPN logged me out today, so when I attempted to log back in it keeps telling me unexpected error. Every single browser on my phone I tried to log in on it does not work

When I try to login with my Firefox account to configure Sync, I get a message that says that I am logged on to a different profile and asks if I want to switch. If I switch, I get the same result with the other profile. There is only one profile folder in the Profiles directory, there are no other files or folders. What should I do?

Several days ago a trio of "warnings" all labeled Mozilla Firefox popped up on my monitor. They included "Critical Error! Remove viruses now", "Warning! Virus Detected Clean Your Device" (with the choice of Renew Now {? renew what?} or Update Windows), "Warning! Your system is damaged by virus attack via d9BvqdcBn2sc73dc4btg.korvapod.co.in Remove the virus now", "Trojan Detected! (choose Remove virus now or Quick Scan), and variations on all of the above. I ran a malware scan from another provider and their advice was that this was an attempted hack so under no circumstances should I click on anything. They definitely said it wasn't from Mozilla Firefox. BUT they also couldn't find any traces anywhere in my computer. So for the past 5 days, I've been functioning with a partial screen, maybe 3/5 of full screen, because those darned "warnings" cannot be physically moved off the screen. How can I get rid of this mess? Thanks.
