I found the tab groups more annoying than useful, so I went into about:studies and removed it, but doing so just makes a study entirely disappear with no way to bring it back if you misclicked, so that made me wonder, is removing studies permanent? Is it impossible to opt back in once you've opted out of a particular study?

I'm not particularly regretting my choice in this case, but it made me nervous how easy it would be to lose access to a feature just by accidentally clicking the wrong thing.

The Chinese account logs in with empty data and invalid synchronization. If you decide to terminate the cooperation with the Chinese version, you would like to publish a notice and open the synchronization server for the data. So that Chinese users can export their data and migrate it to their international accounts.

I have three email accounts thru (comcast, gmail and outlook). I have each of these email accounts bookmarked on my Firefox page. It used to be all I had to do was click on the bookmarked tab and the email account opened immediately. But, lately, each of these three accounts requires a sign-in before it will open my email account. One even requires a two-step process requiring I list a different email to receive a code to open the current email account I'm trying to open. This is a recent occurence and I wondered if it was something Firefox included in their more recent version of Firefox? If so, please tell me how to get rid of this sign-in process! I have many security processes to protect my accounts and do not need this additional required sign-in process! Please tell me how I can get rid of this requirement. It is a pain to have to re-sign-in each time I try to access my email which I do several times a day. Thank you for any help you can give me to fix this problem. Barbara Thomas

The way to opt out is to go on the following website and opt out. However, only 3 out of the 51 companies could opt out on Firefox. It claims that the browser setting is prevent it from opting out. https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1

I read a SmartBlock explanation, but it was quite unclear. Seems to be tying SmartBlock to Facebook. I do not use Facebook. Why is logging in with Facebook required for SmartBlock to work on sites that are unrelated to Facebook? Very unclear.

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. However, when I tried to mark it solved, I got the following error message. In addition, I didn't know where to find my original question so I could thank Jon and mark the issue closed. Where should I have looked for it?

Microsoft seems to have cut Firefox out for video chats. This is a recent change. Their message is that video is not supported by my browser (Firefox)

When I try to save a page as a link, the space for the URL is filled with 'VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV'! How do I fix this? I can't take a screenshot because it disappears when I switch to cut & snip or 'save screen'.

Using Firefox, my gmail inbox is my home page - and has been for several years. As of yesterday, the page opens but the page is blank. I am not aware of any changes that I have made.

I do not have this problem using chrome on the same device or firefox on other devices.

Probably something simple, but I have no idea what.

Yes, please don't give me the MS ctrl-alt-del type of response about cookies.... That was done many times before posting this. The website works fine in Brave. MS Edge well, let's not speak of it in public company shall we.

So, now what the heck is happening to FF???? I have contacted HF three times and they referred me to use other browsers other than FF. No, I DO NOT have multiple extensions nor themes. FF is bare bones but for uBlock. Hardware acceleration is off and MS Clear type is on. Anybody wanna fess up, who broke this????

I HAD TO DELETE MY WINDOWS 10 COMPLETELY FROM THIS PC BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH DOWNLOADS. I HAD YOUR FIREFOX BROWSER AND YOUR VPN INSTALLED ON IT. AS I AM PAYING FOR IT, I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU PUT IT ON THIS VERSION OF WINDOWS THAT I HAVE INSTALLED. PLEASE ADVISE. TOM MOORE.
